  • Wednesday Night: I went to Whole Foods and bought all of the fruits and juice.

  • Thursday Morning: I brought all of the materials and ingredients to school and got ready for the presentation.

  • Thursday Morning: I presented to my class the making and details of the smoothie. 

  • Thursday Night: I finished up my blog and website for the project.

Project Summary

In this project I created a healthy meal option with healthy, locally grown ingredients. I made a healthy morning smoothie with bananas, strawberries, raspberries, apples, and blueberries. These ingredients are all healthy for people and tastes really good. I presented to my class and demonstrated how easy it is to make healthy and good food.
